How to get Poly Crypto Bot after you buy

   Download the bot and later updates from the portal

   The customer access portal is where you download Poly Crypto Bot for Windows, macOS, or Linux. The same portal is where newer builds are posted, so an update does not mean a new checkout. Lifetime updates are included in the $49 payment. Install the build on a machine you control, then use the setup wizard to connect it to your own Polymarket account.

Why access is an email, not a new account

The marketing site sells the bot. It does not store your wallet, and it does not double as a customer database you log into. The store already has your payment and your email. If the email is missing

Start with the inbox of the address you paid with, then spam, then the store receipt. The receipt confirms the payment even when the delivery mail is slow. If the portal link or the Discord invite is still absent, join the public Discord and ask an admin. Tell them the email you paid from. Do not post card details, wallet keys, or the full receipt in a public channel.
